Since G-Force increases with the square of decanter centrifuge bowl RPM, it is an important parameter. G-force also increases linearly with bowl diameter. For a given particle size and fluid properties, there is a minimum G-force necessary to invoke settling. Although high G force is desirable, the cost is proportional to the cube of the bowl rpm and there are similar econonic limitaitions on centrifuge bowl diameter as well.

Locking wedge is to lock shaker screen onto shaker deck tightly for solids separation. Each pc shaker screen will need 2 locking wedge to fix onto shaker deck.
Main material is PU for lock wedge to make it last longger time. All GN shale shaker is wedge type for fast replace of shaker screen.
Vibrating motor is one of the most important part for a shale shaker as motors supply power to shake, main spec for vibrating motor:

Lug type valve is a different type compared with water type valve. we can do lug type valve for drilling mud tank from 3 inch to 10 inch on pipeline arrangement. It’s main benifits:
