- Durable Construction: The screen machine is constructed from high-strength alloy steel plate with superior impact toughness. Instead of welding, the plate is assembled using imported Huck rivets, which eliminates welding residual stress and improves the screen’s durability.
- Optimized Structure: Finite element analysis has been used to optimize the structure and vibration parameters of the screen, reducing resonance and extending the service life of the machine.
- Efficient Vibration System: The screen is equipped with a high-efficiency helical gear box type exciter. This exciter generates a large exciting force with minimal noise, ensuring stable operation and a long service life. The amplitude can be adjusted by changing the counterweight setting on the eccentric block.
- Robust Beam Design: The cross beam under the screen uses a rectangular tube design for high strength and good toughness. Additionally, the surface of the beam is sprayed with polyurea for wear resistance, and rubber parts protect against erosion and wear in high-impact areas.
- Modular Screen Panels: The polyurethane screen panels are modular, making them versatile and easy to replace.
3. Working Principle
The GNLS3061 operates based on the principle of forced synchronization. Two gear box vibrators create a linear back-and-forth motion, which drives the screen surface to vibrate. This vibration causes the materials on the screen to move, allowing for effective screening, grading, and separation.
Materials are fed into the screen through a feeding trough, where they are subjected to the vibrating screen’s action. The materials are classified based on particle size, with the finer particles passing through the screen and the larger particles being conveyed to the next process.
