Different from the solids control system for oil and gas drilling, mud recycling systems for HDD and CBM drilling only needs 2 or 3 stages treatment equipment：shale shaker&desander or desilter; shale shaker&desander&desilter, sometimes shale shaker&mud cleaner with the combination of desander and desilter to save space, and also desander or desilter unit with double deck screen shale shakers to save space; the bottom deck of screen is used as the first stage treatment equipment shale shaker to separate coarse solids from the mud, and the liquids from the first deck screen will be delivered into the desander cones or desilter cone for 2 stage treatment; the top deck screen is used to dry the liquids from the cones.

1. GN provides various treating capacity mud recycling systems from 50GPM to 2000 GPM with standard unit 150GPM/ 350GPM/ 500GPM/ 1000 GPM.
2. In GN solids control, Skid Mounted mud tank, or Trailer Mounted, or Hydraulic Jack Up mud Recycliing system are optional according to customer requirements.
