Spotlight: GN Solids Vacuum Pump

One of the highlights of our exhibit is the GN Solids Vacuum Pump, also known as the Sludge Vacuum Pump. This heavy-duty pump is a vacuum-loading solids transfer pump, uniquely powered by compressed air to safely transfer solids, powders, slurries, and sludge without the need for electricity. Its flexibility makes it suitable for a wide range of applications and environments.

Key Features:

  • Compact and Durable: The GN Solids Vacuum Pump is built to withstand harsh environments and heavy-duty operations. It generates high vacuum (up to 25”Hg) for material loading and can discharge over 500 meters.
  • Capacity Options: Available in three models—GNSP-10B, GNSP-20B, and GNSP-40B—offering maximum capacities of 10 m³/h, 20 m³/h, and 40 m³/h, respectively.
  • Extended Reach: This vacuum pump can transport materials up to 50 meters in suction distance and 1,000 meters in discharge distance (GNSP-40B), making it one of the most capable transfer pumps on the market.
