1. Shaker screen selection GNPS703 shale shaker can fix different meshes screen. This equipment can use 10-200mesh screen. Usually, when the shale shaker is first stage solids control equipment the shaker screen can be 30-100mesh. Replacement screen should be selected specially from manufacturer 2 Replace shaker screen process To make screen installation and uninstall more easy, GNPS703 designed fast installation structure. The structure is a special type use tension wedge to fix screen. Refer to fig IV. The structure including shelve strip, desander desilter. The first screen installation, we should inspect the screen dimension, such as 1250±2mm, the tolerance can’t over it. After fixed rubber strip, then put screen, shelve strip from shaker back (drilling fluid input), and push wedge evenly on two sides use hammer to push or tension wedges, make two sides identical. Tension each screens subsequently.Shaker screen replacement, during operation, when screens broken or need to be replaced , please refer to fig IV. Get wedge out, then bring out screen, check if rubber strips are sufficient; then put new screen on shaker deck and tension it steadily. There are lifter, pipe, lifter pipe, scale indicator, scale, connection plate, etc. When we make adjustment, handle wheel rotary by clockwise, shaker deck angle will be larger; handle wheel rotary by anti clockwise shaker deck angle will be less. Shale shaker output angle adjustment can be operated under running and off. When finish the shaker deliver it, the shaker deck is 0°. When user operate shaker, according to drilling mud property and flow rate on job site, and adopts same screen, the angle is higher, the treating performance will be better while treating capacity will be higher. When drilling fluid is leaking on shaker deck, increase deck angle can get rid of fluid flow away. The shale shaker GNZS752 can work as a independent part or together with tank 1# . 3 shakers. When the three pieces of shale shaker are working together and screen mesh reaches to 200, desilter can be stopped .While because when the screen mesh reaches to 150 , it will help greatly for mud cleaner, reducing abrasion for mud pump and drill bit ,increase the working performance. It is suggested that using as many mesh of shale shaker as possible.

When desander arrives at the site and is ready for installation fix it with screws and connect all the pipes.Shaker screen is an easy vulnerable but expensive part in this system, the quality of installment will deeply affect the using period of the screen.

Note:When install, put the side wedges under the wedge roof firstly, then use hammer to beat the sides wedges tightly and balance. The wedges are specially matched with the Solids Control, when replacing must be cautious and avoid missing.

Decanter centrifuge is a expensive equipment for No Dig drilling, but does No Dig drilling need a centrifuge or not?

From my idear, a centrifuge will help to separe fine solids which may make drilling mud heavier and heavier. But this will depending on users burget on mud system. GN Solids is a important supplier for drilling mud systems.
